Next Track's Inclined Circular Motion screens are positioned at 13-20 degrees towards flow direction to aid faster material movement. These screens have higher processing capacities per sq. meter area. Suitable for grading minerals, the screens have a wide range of applications in Aggregates, Cement, Coal, Iron, Limestone and other industry. Most widely used due to simple design, these screens are easy to maintain.
The screen is driven by a single eccentric shaft which, rotates along the material flow giving it a circular throw. The bearings are press fit into grease lubricated housings and the drive has adjustable flyweights to fine tune the screen amplitude.
These units are available in single & double deck configuration & have a capacity ranging from 100 TPH to 800 ΤΡΗ.
