Hi-Frequency De-Watering Screens
Next Track's Hi-Frequency Screens are mainly used for De-Watering slurry. While the feed end is positively inclined at 45-65 degrees, the discharge end of the screen has an the uphill inclination of 5 degrees. This design feature enables a rapid removal of a significant amount of water, mineral vibrates for some more time at the discharge end, allowing further squeezing of water and consolidation of discharge the material in the cake form. The screen operates at 1500 RPM or more to suit operating conditions and to effectively drain maximum water from the slurry.
The screens are driven using twin unbalanced motors rotating in opposite directions. These motors are lubricated for life and have a proven field record of over 50 years
