Steep inclination at the feed end enables rapid screening of material. And as the material move foward it is screened to near size due to higher retention time. The screen is driven by linear motion exciters. The exciter mechanism has adjustable flyweights for fine tuning the screen amplitude. The mechanism is imported from Germany and has proven field record of 50 years.
