Multi-Slope Banana Vibrating Screen:
Next Track’s Banana type Multi-Slope Screens combine the best of both worlds viz: High capacities of an inclined circular screen and High efficiency of a horizontal linear motion screen. Unique in design, Banana Screen’s Deck is arranged with varying inclinations along the direction of flow. Steep inclination at the feed end enables rapid screening of material. And as the material move foward it is screened to near size due to higher retention time. The screen is driven by linear motion exciters. The exciter mechanism has adjustable flyweights for fine tuning the screen amplitude. The mechanism is imported from Germany and has proven field record of 50 years.
Banana Screens are suitable for applications like:
Grading, Washing and De-watering applications in the mineral processing industry. These units are available in single and double deck configurations and have a capacity ranging from 100 TPH to 600 TPH.
